We made a few changes to the site that will help our customers, in particular our customers that want to pay in US dollars. When you now place an order in US dollars you can proceed directly to to pay for the order. It is no longer necessary to wait for our manually created invoice in USD and payment request in USD.
Improvements for customers ordering in USD:
- You can pay by card or PayPal without delay. The website will immediately direct you to the PayPal site for the payment.
- Your order receipt e-mail and all other e-mails will be in USD.
- The My account page will show your order in USD.
Improvements for all customers:
- Your order receipt e-mail will include a PDF invoice of your order.
- You can also download the PDF invoice later on the My account page.
- The invoice will contain all the required bank details when you choose to pay by bank transfer. So you can proceed to pay immediately.
Take note that the currency exchange rates are updated twice a day. So the prices can be different when you visit our site next time. Only our prices in Euros will remain unchanged because that is our store’s base currency. And once you placed an order in USD the prices in that order will be fixed as well.
