KKAMI buyers can now easily retrieve their past invoices from the My Account page. Visit this page to view your Invoice History: www.kkami.nl/my-account/invoice-history/
Previously invoices were only available for download immediately after the checkout and available on the Credit Status page as long as the order was still processing. But once the orders were completed the invoices could no longer be downloaded. And by the time tax season comes the download links might no longer be available.
Buyers also receive invoices by e-mail after the checkout, but we understand that it can get problematic to keep track of them.
So to make it convenient to find previous invoices we created a page with your complete Invoice History. The page shows a table with the invoice date, download link, classification of the type of invoice (new order, final invoice, shipped invoice), and details on the amounts paid.
