We added two tools to our product pages to make it easier to request information about relabeling and restocking products. This will make it easier to assist you when you want to restock popular designs that have sold out or when you want to make an existing design under your own label.
Relabeling tab and button
When you are viewing a product you will see a bunch of different tabs with information, like sizing and brand information. We added a tab with information about relabeling. You will see an example in the screenshot below.
And it contains a convenient button. When you press the button a draft email opens directed at Jiyoung at our private label department. The draft email will contain the product name and a direct link to the product page. This is all the information Jiyoung will need to assist you with the enquiry. All you have to do is press ‘send’ to deliver the email to us.
Jiyoung will then check with the brand about the possibility of relabeling that product with your brand name. This is necessary for copyright reasons. And she will check to confirm the minimum order. Usually it is about 30 pieces per size per color per design, but this may vary per brand.
Restocking button
You will see a red button on the product page when a product is sold out. When you press the button a draft email opens directed at Jiyoung at KKAMI’s private label department. This draft email will also all the information Jiyoung will need to assist you with the enquiry, such as product name and a direct link to the product page. All you have to do is press ‘send’ to deliver the email to Jiyoung.
Jiyoung will respond as soon as she can. First, she will check with the brand about the possibility of making more of that product. It might not be possible if the required fabric or product capacity is currently unavailable. And she will check to confirm the minimum order. Usually it is about 100 pieces per design, but this may vary per brand.
